Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at parallelentrepreneur.com (the “Site”), the Parallel Entrepreneur Network membership and mastermind sessions (the “Network”), the Parallel Entrepreneur podcast, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), all operated by Parallel Entrepreneur, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
The Network is a private community for founders managing multiple ventures. Membership is offered at our discretion and may require an application and vetting process. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or revoke membership at any time.
2. Applications & Membership
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. If accepted, your membership is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or assigned. Partners, spouses, or colleagues must apply separately and complete the same vetting process. Membership tiers, benefits, and pricing are described on the Site and may change from time to time.
3. Fees, Billing & Refunds
Membership fees are billed as described at the time of enrollment (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. You may request a full refund for any payments made within the previous six (6) months, no questions asked. We value our relationship over the cost of membership. Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.
4. Member Conduct & Confidentiality
The Network depends on trust. By participating, you agree to:
- Keep confidential anything shared within the Network. What’s shared in the network stays in the network.
- Treat other members with respect and engage in good faith.
- Refrain from soliciting, harassing, or misusing information about other members.
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
We may suspend or terminate the membership of anyone who violates these standards, without refund where the violation is material.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site, its content, branding, logos, podcast episodes, and session materials are owned by or licensed to Parallel Entrepreneur, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Session recordings, where they exist, are for members only and may not be redistributed.
6. Podcast & Third-Party Content
The Parallel Entrepreneur podcast and embedded media (including players hosted by Transistor and videos hosted by YouTube) are provided for general information. Guest views are their own and are not endorsements by us. Third-party sites linked from the Services are governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any particular business, financial, or professional outcome. Nothing in the Services constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make in connection with your ventures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parallel Entrepreneur, LLC and its members, managers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
11. Privacy & Analytics
